keynote speaker.

Inspiring and passionate revealing the truth behind human function.

Sanja Zeman is an industry leader in the Occupational Therapy arena, with over 20 years experience as a medico legal adviser and consultant to business, the legal fraternity, insurance industry, and health care professionals. She is also an inspiring teacher and influential key note speaker.

Sanja seeks to inspire and advise business and healthcare professionals on how to harness best practice thinking to the management of function. She provides a compelling perspective that challenges traditional thinking surrounding the physical, emotional, sensory, cognitive, and social components of function. She is critical of therapists too often taking for granted what their clients advise as their functional capability. Her modern thinking and best practice ideas bridge the gap between perception and reality, building on a sensory integration approach to Occupational Therapy practise.

Sanja Zeman was invited to be a guest speaker at the third annual ASEQ DibbsBarker conference held in Brisbane 22 July 2014.

The conference was very successful with over 200 Workers Compensation, Rehab and Injury management providers, Return to Work coordinators, Health & Safety representatives attending

“I personally found it very enlightening to listen to some of your ideas around getting people back to work.  Your approach is certainly, in my experience, well ahead of the pack for OT’s.”  Mark W.

“I was fortunate enough to attend today’s ASIEQ “Rehabilitating the Legal System” conference where Sanja Zeman was a keynote speaker. I was impressed with her presentation and was genuinely surprised to find out that she was an Occupational Therapist. In my experience they seem to have a different (and sometimes not as positive) mindset.”  Luke S.

“Highly esteemed in her field, Sanja has generously shared her FCE  expertise and knowledge with me, a new comer to WorkHab.  Her commitment and positive attitude in facilitating my understanding of the process and interpretation has been outstanding.  Taking the time and interest to ‘unpack’ my barriers as a new assessor, Sanja has practically involved me in the process instilling confidence and direction that has reignited my passion for this work.”  Renee K  Occupational Therapist.

“You are so kind! Thank  you, this is so so helpful – your input has made the report professional, objective/evidence based, integrated, clinically justified and within the scope of the FCE [and not commenting/recommending about the workplace]…of which I could not achieve without your help.”
